NL is acutely aware that in each sale there will be those items and momentoes retained by the family members. We encourage this. In fact, we insist that these issues be dealt with by all heirs and family members before NL is called. Our company feels that if all parties are in agreement concerning the liquidation of their estate, then the estate sale will be a success.

At the time of contract, all items left in the home should be considered "ready for sale". But not to worry, if the fine china, silver or crystal is removed, we have any number of other estates ready and willing to infuse their items into your sale to complete the necessary sale criteria.
